Terms and Conditions
• Membership Benefits are limited to Peipei’s Palette workshops only.
• Benefits do not apply to private custom parties or other special events.
How to Join
• Pay the annual fee of £50 online or in person to become a member.
Important Notes
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Membership is valid for one year and must be renewed on time.
• Peipei’s Palette reserves the right to adjust the membership policy with prior notice.
Peipei’s Palette Sip & Paint Terms and Conditions
1. Booking
1.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, email, or other designated booking platforms.
1.2 A full payment of £30 per person is required to secure your booking.
1.3 Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2. Cancellations
2.1 If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us via email at least 7 days before the event date.
2.2 Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will be eligible for a full refund.
2.3 Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. However, we may offer you the option to reschedule for a future session (subject to availability).
3. Refunds
3.1 Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
3.2 If Peipei’s Palette cancels an event for any reason, attendees will have the option of a full refund or rescheduling to a future session.
3.3 Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days after confirmation.
4. Event Participation
4.1 Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the session, and no refunds will be given.
4.2 All materials (e.g., paints, brushes, canvases) are provided by Peipei’s Palette for use during the event.
4.3 Participants may take their completed artwork home after the session.
4.4 Sip & Paint events may involve alcohol consumption. Participants must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol, and ID may be required.
5. Liability
5.1 Peipei’s Palette is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
5.2 Participants are responsible for their own safety and conduct during the event.
5.3 Any damage caused to the venue, materials, or equipment by participants will be charged to the individual responsible.
6. Photography and Media
6.1 Peipei’s Palette reserves the right to take photographs during events for promotional purposes.
6.2 If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us prior to the event.
7. Force Majeure
7.1 Peipei’s Palette is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or public health emergencies.
8. Amendments
8.1 Peipei’s Palette reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
9. Rescheduling Policy
9.1 If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
9.2 Rescheduling is limited to one time and must be completed within 30 days of the original event date.
10. Children Policy
10.1 Sip & Paint events are primarily designed for adults, but children aged 12 and above may participate when accompanied by a parent or guardian (where appropriate).
10.2 Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children throughout the event.
10.3 Under no circumstances may participants under 18 years of age consume alcohol.
11. Dietary and Allergy Considerations
11.1 If snacks or drinks are provided during the event, please inform us in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
12. Participant Conduct
12.1 To ensure a pleasant environment for all, participants must adhere to event rules and behave respectfully.
12.2 Peipei’s Palette reserves the right to refuse service or ask participants to leave if their behavior is disruptive or inappropriate. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
13. Health and Safety
13.1 Safety instructions and necessary equipment will be provided during the event. Participants are expected to follow the guidance of event staff.
13.2 All materials used comply with safety standards. However, if you have skin sensitivities or allergies, please inform us in advance.
13.3 Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited at the venue.
14. Payment
14.1 All bookings must be paid in full before the event. Unpaid bookings will be canceled.
14.2 We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
14.3 All fees are charged in GBP (£). Any additional charges, such as currency exchange or bank fees, are the responsibility of the participant.
15. Gift Vouchers
15.1 Peipei’s Palette offers gift vouchers, which can be redeemed for specific event dates or sessions. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
15.2 If a booking made with a gift voucher is canceled, rescheduling will be offered once (in line with the rescheduling policy). Refunds are not available for gift vouchers.
16. Privacy Policy
16.1 Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for event management and communication. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
16.2 You may contact us at any time to withdraw your consent for the use of your personal information.
