VIP Experience Pack — Terms & Conditions
1. Free Choice of Themes
VIP members can freely choose any available monthly or seasonal theme for each session.
2. One Use Per Theme
Each theme can only be used once per person. VIP members cannot repeat the same theme.
3. Transferable
If the VIP member is unable to continue using the pack, the remaining sessions can be transferred to another person (please inform the host in advance for record updates).
4. Validity Period
The VIP Pack is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (or your preferred duration). Any unused sessions will expire after the validity period.
5. Advance Booking Required
VIP members must book their sessions in advance. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Non-Refundable
The VIP Pack is non-refundable, but it can be transferred according to the rules above.
